Orders can take up to 2-5 business days to ship out. If you have any deadlines, concerns, or special instructions regarding an order being placed with us, please email us wholesale@genewus.com

Returns & Exchanges Wholesale

All wholesale orders are Final. We Do Not Accept Returns.

All "Sale" Items are Final No Returns Allowed. No Exceptions

To cancel orders placed with us at genewus.com, please contact us by email. support@genewus.com Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 10% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. We do not issue refunds in any case therefore we will ONLY provide store credit.

 Returns are only accepted if the item is damaged on arrival or the wrong item was sent. Damaged claims will be accepted within 15 business days from the shipped date. All returns will be issued a store credit. We do NOT issue refunds in any case. Every RA will be resolved, case by case.
SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN 
 Please check and count the goods immediately. All claims must be made within 2 days of receipt of goods. No returns accepted after that period. Store credit will be given for all returned merchandise. There will be a 10% deduction from your original store credit to cover any restocking fees. We will NOT refund money in any case.
 Please note: All returned items MUST be in their original purchase condition; including the original product packaging and labels.

If you purchase clothing that is all White, we will not accept a return for any reason. Returns for White Clothing will not be accepted or allowed. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in termination of account.

All items purchased from GENEWUS.COM are eligible for only an exchange or store credit if there is a manufacturing defect for your items when delivered to you.

You are allowed 2 business days from the date you received your order to request an exchange/return for a defective item. Please make sure to check your items upon receiving. We will not accept any exchanges/returns past the 2-business day mark. At our discretion we will decide whether we will provide assistance for requests made outside the 2 business day mark. Customers must return the defective/damaged items first before any exchanges/store credit are processed.

If you received the wrong item, color, or size, please email us within the 2 day business day mark for us to provide steps to exchange the incorrect item for the correct one. Customers must always return the incorrect item first.

We will reserve the right to request for pictures, in situations where applicable, to verify any claimed damages/manufacturer defective items or wrong items sent.

We reserve the right to disagree with claims regarding manufacture defects, which include sizing, odors, and color schemes.

Items must be returned with the original packaging and in original condition. Any items return to us without the original packaging and/or in bad condition, will be subject to account termination and restock fee  up to 30%. We do not accept back items in worn or used conditions. Any indications on the product which shows signs of usage (ie: perfume smell, deodorant marks, visible stains) will result in your account with GENEWUS.COM to be terminated.

Please note that unauthorized returns will result in your account being suspended. 30% Restock Fee will be applied to the Return.

Restock Fees - 30% will be applied to your store credit for any return that is: not authorized or for customers who wish to return items that don't have defects/damages/or mistakes made by genewus.com

All Returns must be the entire pack, example if the item comes in 6 pieces. You must return all 6 pieces, we will not allow for you to keep 1 or 2 pieces. You must return the entire pack.

In the event you receive the wrong item we will issue you a return label for you to ship back the incorrect item, if the correct item is available we will allow you to repurchase or exchange for the correct item. If the correct item is not in stock store credit will be issued. This only applies for Domestic Orders.

Failure to adhere to our Returns Policy will result in the termination of your account with GENEW US wholesale

GENEW US will not consider a size issue as a manufacturing defect.

No Exchanges will be accepted without proof of purchase.

All Purchases made with gift certificates/store credit cannot be returned.

 

Instructions for Returns/Exchanges

1) Please email us at genewus.com with Order number and the item name.

2) We may request photos of the damage/defective/incorrect style. If requested please email them to support@genewus.com

3) Please allow 24-48 Hours for a response about your exchange/return, genewus.com reserves the right to reject an exchange/return request if we deem the Item is not eligible for an exchange/return.

4) Once your exchange/return request is approved, instructions will be sent on how to return the merchandise back to us for inspection.

5) After we have received the items, we will process any Store Credit/Exchanges within 24-48 Hours.

All return items will be inspected accordingly upon receipt. Any items that does not meet our return requirements will be subject to suspension from genewus.com

 

 

Return Procedure

Before returning the package back to us for any reason, please request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by emailing your request to wholesale@genewus.com. In the email please include 1/ order number 2/ items requesting to be exchanged. When you have received your RMA number, please write the number visibly on the outside of the shipping package. 

Refused Packages

Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us. Orders shipped via UPS are subject to the 'Terms and Conditions of Service' as detailed on UPS.com.

International Order Policy

We do not provide or cover destination country tax and duty charges if occurred. Please check any restrictions, duties, taxes and any other fees which are collected from your country before you place the order. GENEWUS.COM will NOT be responsible for any Custom tax/duties cost and fees. Failure to pay taxes and duties and packages being returned to us because of this will result in a 20% restock fee as well as any return shipping chargers. Your Shipping Fee will not be refunded.

To ensure proper delivery of your package, please make sure to enter the correct recipient’s full name and shipping address. We will not be responsible if delivery cannot be made due to incorrect shipping information.

International Orders that are refused and returned will result in your account being suspended. No Exceptions.
