Returns

We want our customers to shop with confidence and worry-free that’s why we offer a generous return policy on all our items.

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for your return shipping cost. We now have free returns on some eligible items. Contact Us by e-mail at support@genewus.com before you return the  item and we will let you know if the item is eligible for free return shipping. Please note if you receive a response from us without a free return label in the email you received from us, it means your item or items are not eligible for free return shipping.



Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Goods such as lingeries,swimsuit,all personal items,accessories,fragrances or all underwear garments cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts is non-returnable and non-refundable. ALL ORDERS PURCHASED WITH A PROMO CODE ARE NON REFUNDABLE including shipping promos and on sale items, you may only exchange or receive STORE CREDIT (Store Credit does not expire).  Store credit are issued based on our return’s department review and situations where you received the item as described on our website  but you feel the need to return item, the item must be in it original package and unused to be eligible for store credit. 
Defective item if applicable are eligible for exchange or store credit only the item must be in it original package and unused to be eligible for store credit or exchange only. 
Our generous 30 days return policy enhances our customers shopping experience for our customers to shop with worry free.These measures are put in place to create a safe environment for our customers and partners to do business with worry free, satisfying our customers and also to reduce the abuse on return items. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery, is non-returnable and non-refundable. Please note paypal has updated it terms. If you use paypal payment method to make a payment and there's need for us to make a refund, you will receive a partial refund. Paypal charges a transaction fee of 2.9% on all domestic purchases and 4.4% on international purchases with the new paypal terms this fee will not be refunded when we process refunds. That being said you will loose 2.9% to paypal with your domestic purchase and for international purchases you will loose 4.4% to paypal. Please note this is paypal's new terms only and does not include other payment methods we have.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and you will receive a store credit or a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email or fill our Contact Form and we will respond within 24hrs

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you should contact us first in our Contact Us Form or at support@genewus.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable includes original shipping cost. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost and return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
