Returns Policy

Shop with confidence. We have a 30-day return for store credit policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, please contact us at support@genewus.comPlease note do not return package to manufacturer.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return instructions on how and where to send your return package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
 Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products) and undergarment. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Store Credit
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the store credit was approved or not. All eligible return items are eligible for store credit only, no exceptions. Please note if you received the item on our website and get approved for returns you will be eligible for store credit or exchange only. Note all refunds will be processed as store credit.

Shipping
To return your product, you should contact us first in our Contact Us Form or at support@genewus.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable includes original shipping cost. If you receive store credit, the original shipping cost and return shipping cost will be deducted from your store credit.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $45, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
